This foundational class teaches kids how to safely and confidently paddle on calm water.

All Equipment will be provided.

  • Proper kneeling and standing technique
  • Basic paddle strokes (forward, stop, turning)
  • Water safety fundamentals
  • How to fall safely and get back on the board

Paddle Board Fitness for Youth

Athletes

Cross-training for soccer, track, and multi-sport athletes.

This class focuses on strength, core stability, and coordination using paddle boards.

All Equipment will be provided.
